The gap

Enterprise planning systems (SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder) are built for large retailers with dedicated IT teams and multi-year implementation timelines. They are not designed for the agility, speed, and cost structure of a growing apparel brand.

When OTB, assortment, and buy planning live in separate spreadsheets, reconciliation consumes the bandwidth that should go to decisions. We eliminate the reconciliation layer.

A sell-through reading that arrives 7 days after the fact is a historical record, not a planning signal. RetailNorthstar surfaces in-season data as decisions are still actionable.

Size and depth decisions should be driven by data

Size curves built from memory or gut instinct produce overbought smalls and undersold larges season after season. We build size curves from actual sell-through history and apply them automatically at buy time.
